1-8 quart package (about 10 cups) 1-16 ounce package (about 4 ¾ cups)
Nonfat milk powder powdered sugar, sifted
1 ¾ cups unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/3 cups instant malted milk powder
1-6 ounce jar (1 ¾ cups) powdered
Nonfat dairy creamer

Directions:

Combine Nonfat dry milk, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, instant malted milk powder and Nondairy creamer in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Store cocoa in an airtight container.
For Each Individual Serving:
Place 1/3 cup cocoa mixture in a mug; add ¾ cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Top with marshmallows or whipped marshmallow cream, if desired. Makes enough for about 48-8 ounce servings.
