3 lbs ground beef 3 eggs, beaten
½ tsp marjoram ½ tsp thyme
2 TBSP parsley 1 large onion
½ cup soy sauce

1 ½ cups pineapple juice
1 ½ cups cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
½ cup soy sauce
Thicken with 2 TBSP corn starch.
Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into small balls. Brown! Bring last 5 ingredients to to boil. Cool balls before adding sauce. Serve hot, possibly in a chafing dish with toothpicks.
