Notes: As a young wife and mother, my husband's Grandparents used to go to the Gulf and go shrimping. They always came back with pounds and pounds of fresh shrimp. Having them catch the shrimp was the only way my family could afford such a delicious delicacy as shrimp. But the deal was my husband and I had to come over, after they got home with the shrimp, and we had to help clean them and prepare them for the freezer. Which we were happy to do. The trade off was well worth it.
