eggs, beaten
okra, washed and cut into bite size pieces, (cut off stem and top)
cormeal
flour
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Put ½ cornmeal, to ¼ flour, salt and pepper into gallon size baggie.
Cover okra pieces in egg and then coat with cornmeal mixture. ( Do this in small batches)
Fry okra in skillet with about 1/2 inch oil.
Turn occasionally until brown on all sides.
