1 T. Olive oil
1/2 lg onion, diced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
4 c. Chicken broth
1 lbs chicken cooked, shredded
1/4 c. Buffalo sauce (or to taste)
8 oz Cr. Cheese (@ rm temp & cubed)
1/2 c. Heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.. Add onion. Cook about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until translucent. Add garlic. Saute for about a minute, until fragrant. Place chicken and buffalo sauce into slow cooker. Add onion and garlic to slow cooker and stir. Cook 3-4 hours on low. Ladle ~ 1 c of liquid and place in blender. Add cubed cream cheese. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture back in slow cooker. Add heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
