2 15.5 oz. cans of chickpeas
1/4 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup Sesame Tahini
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
sweet paprika for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the chickpeas and put in the bowl of a food processor.
Add the rerst of the ingredients and puree until you get a smooth paste.
Transfer hummus to a dish and sprinkle some paprika and drizzle some olive oil over it.
Refrigerate until serving.

If you dont have a food processor you can always do it by hand, it wont be as smooth and creamy but it will still have the same delicious taste.
Also this recipe calls for canned chickpeas but if you have the time the best way to do Hummus is by using dry chickpeas but obviously it takes much longer.
