2 cups water
1/2 oz of active dry yeast
10 oz all purpose flour
20 oz whole wheat flour
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour lukewarm water into a bowl.
Add yeast and oil and rest for approxinatley 10 minutes until the yeast disolves and starts to bubble.
Add flour and mix until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a large greased bowl in a warm area and let double in size, about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 15 equal pieces and form into balls, place dough balls on a greased sheet pan and let double in size for an additional hour.
Bake at 375F for about 10-12 minutes.

One fail proof way to know if the bread is done would be to turn the bread roll upside down and tap the bottom, it should sound hollow and if it doesnt bake for an extra 5 minutes.
