1 head cauliflower
Salt
6 Tbsp. butter or marg.
1/4 c. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced
1 c. chopped cooked ham
1 cup soft bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Break cauliflower into flowerets. Cook in boiling salted water just until tender. Drain and place in 2 quart casserole. Melt 1/4 cup butter in small saucepan; blend in flour. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened, add cheese. Scatter ham over cauliflower; pour cheese sauce over top. Melt remaining butter; mix in crumbs. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
