1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
3/4 cup good olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Add the oil in a slow, steady stream.
Whisk until smooth.

If too thick, add small amount of water - not more oil!
