1 c V8 juice, heated to boiling
1 small package lemon OR cherry Jello
1 heaping teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh onion
½ teaspoon salt
diced celery
chopped green olives to taste.
Directions:
Directions:
Stir Jello into boiling juice
Then stir in 1 scant Cup of COLD V8 juice into mixture, Mix well.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill. Serve when jelled.

The lemon jello makes it more tart, the cherry jello makes it more sweet.
