1 lg package Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 large package thick cut bacon
2-4 jalepeno's
1 package cream cheese
1 bag Shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Pound each breast with meat hammer
slice down the side of each breast making a pocket in each
slice each jalapeno into long slices
slice cream cheese into long slices
place one slice cream cheese into pocket
place 1-3 slices of jalapeno into pocket
place shredded cheese into pocket
Wrap each breast with bacon til completely covered
place in oven @ 375 for 30 minutes
start basting with bbq sauce
bake for another 30 minutes
slice one piece if juice runs clear its done
