Personal Notes:
We adore this recipe in my family, because its cheap and easy and we can make it with ingredients we commonly have around the house. You can change up the type of beer you use depending on what you like. I've done a sour beer and that was even delicious. The butter can also be subbed for coconut oil for a vegan take on the recipe. Another options is cheesy jalepeno beer bread which I am quite fond of myself. Takehome: this recipe is versatile and awesome and I hope you love it like we do.
