4 cups of Kale
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil to coat
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
preferred seasoning
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- bam cajun seasoning
- nacho "cheese" seasoning (recipe under sauces)

1) preheat over to 375 F
2) toss Kale with olive oil and seasoning and spread out on baking sheet
3) cook until crispy but not charred, about 15 minutes

These are an amazing snack as well as a good topping for casseroles and rice dishes. I use it on the rice lentil salad and it is the perfect addition. The seasoning can really be changed up depending on what you like so get creative!
