1 clove Garlic, crushed
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Basil
1 round tblsp Grey Poupon Mustard
6-8 lb. leg of Lamb, boned and butterflied
¾ cup Olive Oil
½ cup chopped Onions
¾ tsp Oregano
1 Bay Leaf, crushed
Fresh ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over lamb. Place in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Put all in plastic freezer bag and freeze to keep. To cook, broil 10 minutes on each side, then turn oven to 350º and bake to desired doneness, about 1½ hours, or less if you want it pink. It can also be cooked outside on a grill.
