10 eggs, separated
10 Tbs. Sugar
10Tbs. Flour
Grated lemon peel
½ tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks with sugar until sugar dissolves; add flour and beat.

Beat egg whites till stiff, then fold into the egg yolk mixture.

Pour into a parchment or wax paper lined jelly roll pan (12x16x1”) and bake for about 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Invert onto a clean towel and roll up. Let cool on rack. When cool unroll and fill with apricot jam.
