2/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar (1/2 c. white, 1/2 c. brown)
1 egg
1/3 c. molasses (Baer Rabbit Full Flavor)
2-2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp vanilla
To roll balls in and sprinkle tops with - about 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in order, then roll dough into balls and roll them in the extra sugar. Spray pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes until they’re golden brown and cracked on top. Don’t overcook or they will be crisp. Sprinkle with extra sugar before cool.

If refrigerate dough, roll balls, roll in sugar and then flatten to about ½ inch thick.
