1 bar (4oz) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1 large size package (5oz) Jello vanilla pudding and pie filling
2 tsp instant Maxwell house coffee
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 cups milk
2 cups whipped cream
15 lady fingers, split

Directions:
Directions:
Break chocolate in squares, set aside
Combine pudding mix, coffee and gelatin in sauce pan
Stir in milk
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until smooth.
Cool completely, then beat until smooth.
Line 8X4X3 inch loaf pan with wax paper, let paper extend beyond rim.
Line bottom and sides with lady fingers halve, alternately add 2 layers each of pudding and ladyfingers.
Chill 2 to 3 hours until set.
Lift from pan.
Garnish with remaining whipped cream and a handful of toasted almonds or walnuts
