Cocoa and Cola Cake Recipe

1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cups sugar
3 TBS cocoa
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
cup buttermilk
1 cup coca cola
1 cups miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except cola and marshmallows. Blend at low speed of mixer, beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add cola; blend well. By hand stir in marshmallows. Bake in a 13X9 pan at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 30 minutes and spread icing.

1 pkg Pillsbury chocolate icing
cup butter
⅓ cup cola
Beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup pecans, 1 cup marshmallows. Use the small marshmallows in cake and icing.
