2 eggs
2 c. flour
8 T. butter
8 T. sugar
dash of salt

Filling:
16 oz. softened cream cheese
16 T. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 heaping T. flour
8 eggs
4 c. milk

Topping: cinnamon or nutmeg

Preheat oven 350º

Crust: Blend all ingredients and press onto the bottom and sides of a 9"x13" baking pan (glass or metal)

Filling: Mix all ingredients with electric mixer and pour filling into the crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, as you please.

Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the filling comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
