8 oz. dried Bow Tie and/or Wagon Wheel Pasta
6 slices of Bacon, crisp, drained and crumbled
½ cup fine-shredded Pecorino/Parmesan Cheese
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 medium Avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
⅛ tsp Salt
2 tblsp Lemon Juice
1 tblsp Olive Oil
¼ tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, and drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine avocados, bacon, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the hot pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cheese. Makes 4 servings.
