4 ½ Cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1¾ Cup butter melted
2 ¼ backed Brown Sugar
1 Cup & 2 tbsp White Sugar
2 ¾ tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 Cups of chocolate chips
nuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 325 º
Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper

Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt - set aside

In medium bowl, cream together - melted butter, brown sugar & white sugar until well blended. Beat in vanilla, egg and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes
