Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Curry Powder
Garlic
Onion & Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Habanero Pepper
Veggie oil
2 Cans of Coconut Milk
Black Pepper whole
Maggie Cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate:
Chicken, Carrots, Onion in Curry powder, garlic, onion & garlic powder, sale, pepper, habanero pepper and 1 can of coconut milk - Overnight

Cook in Big Pot:
Put enough veggie oil in Pot to cover bottom
Lightly fry chicken in oil
Pour in rest of marinate - remove Habanero Peppers (optional if you want it not too spicy)
mix in pot around 15 min
Add cup of water & cook around 5 more minutes
Add Potato when chicken is half done with 1 can of coconut milk
Add seasoning to taste & Maggie cubes
Add Black Pepper Whole

Let sit to build flavor
