1 and 1/2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
3 cups water
cooking oil
12 ounce can Spam, cubed
1/2 cup sliced Chinese sausage
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 eggs, beaten
8 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 package frozen peas and carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rice and water to a boil and cook rice until water absorbed, about 20-25 minutes.
Heat a bit of oil and brown luncheon meat and Chinese sausage.
Cook eggs until scrambled and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in non-stick skillet and toss rice until heated through.
Add garlic powder, luncheon meat, Chinese sausage, scrambled eggs, pineapple, oyster sauce, peas and carrots
Cook 2-3 minutes, stir in green onions and serve.
