preheat oven at 375

2LBS Ground Beef. /Turkey

1 Green Pepper
1 Onions
3 Egss
black pepper

2 cans of tomato sauce
hand full of sugar
seasoned bread crumb

In a large bowl chop up ur onions green peppers add ur meat 1 egg, all the seasonings . 2 hand full of seasoned bread crumbs mix well . place meat in pan and shape it up evenly now with those 2 boil eggs make a ring in the middle meat loaf a place each egg in a ring sit that to the side now making the sauce 2 cans of tomato sauce a little bit of water salt. black pepper. 2tsp of sugar. mix well pour a sm amount over the meat loaf and cover let cook for 1hr1/2 then pour some of the grease off and pour more sauce now for the next hr just keep basing it once that hr is up take uncover it for 1hr
After that remove from oven and serve with mash potatoes n corn or with some white rice and corn bread
