4 0Z WHITE MUSHROOMS
2 OZ OF OYSTER MUSHROOMS
2 OZ SHITAKE
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
¼ CUP DRY WHITE WINE
¼ CUP OF CHICKEN BROTH
¼ TOMATOE SAUCE
¼ HALF AND HALF
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
6 OZ OF FETTUCCINI
¼ C GRATED PARMESAN

HEAT OIL IN A NONSTICK SKILLET. ADD MUSHROOMS AND GARLIC AND COOK STIRRING
CONSTANTLY ABOUT 6 MIN OR UNTIL MUSHROOMS BEGIN TO TURN BROWN. ADD WINE COOK UNTL EVAPORATED ABOUT 5 MIN. ADD CHICKEN BROTH, TOMATOE SAUCE, HALF AND HALF, AND SALT AND PEPPER. BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT SIMMER FOR10 MIN. MEANWHILE
COOK FETTUCCINI ACCORDING TO PKG DIRECTIONS THEN DRAIN. TOSS PASTA WITH
SAUCE AND SPRINKLE WTH PARMESAN.
