½ c shortening
½ c sugar
½ c hot water
½ tsp salt
1-2 eggs
3 c flour
1 package yeast
½ c warm water
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar, salt. Add egg and 2 cups flour. Then add yeast water which has doubled (yeast, water and 1 teaspoon sugar). Beat well, then add rest of flour. Put in cooler for an hour or over night. Roll out in circle and cut in pie-shape and roll. Let rise for 3 hours. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
