One cup of very strong coffee
25 large marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat in double boiler and then cool. Beat until smooth.
Add 2 tsp. vanilla.
Fold in 1 cup cream that has been whipped.
Serve with slightly whipped cream.

This recipe is from Erin's great, great grandmother's recipe book. We have no idea if Granny May's recipe is any good but it sounds intriguing!
