5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin or smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
6 ears fresh corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Lightly oil the grate.
Heat garlic and butter in a saucepan for a few minutes,
Stir together in a small dish sugar, salt, pepper and cumin or paprika.
Stir into butter mixture and add lime juice and hot sauce.
Brush corn with the garlic butter.
Cook corn on grill, rotating occasionally and brushing with butter mixture until tender, about 10 minutes.
