1 tube Gimme Lean sausage
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp vegan butter
4 C cashew milk

Cooking spray
Pepper
Salt
Sage

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice sausage into disks
2. Spray pan and fry
3. Dice sausage and set aside
4. Add butter to warm pan and melt
5. Add flour and whisk to combine
6. Add milk one cup at a time, allowing it to thicken and bubble. Keep whisking!
7. Add in sausage and cook to warm it back up
8. Add seasonings to taste (we like lots of black pepper!)
