¾ cup butter, melted and cooled
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
4 eggs well beaten
2 cups whole milk
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans whole kernel corn
salt, pepper to taste
1 can green chilis (optional)
2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Whisk the flour into the melted butter.
Whisk in the sugar, eggs and milk.
Stir in the corn. Season to taste.
Pour into a shallow casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour 15 min
until the center is set.
Serve warm.
