Bottom:
½ cup Butter
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Flour
Cream butter and sugar. Rub the flour into mixture with hands and sprinkle in bottom of 9x13 pan and press down. Bake.

Top:
2 tablespoons Gelatin
½ cup Cold Water
1 ½ cups Sugar
¾ cup Boiling Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle gelatin in water and let stand 5-10 minutes.
2. Put sugar, gelatin and boiling water in saucepan and boil until thick when dropped from a spoon.
3. Remove from heat and cool.
4. Beat with mixer until it thickens and looks like marshmallow. Pour over bottom and let set.
5. Colouring can be added and make two batches to add another layer.
