1.5 lb link breakfast sausage
4 medium apples
3 medium sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
Dash of ground pepper
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the sausages in small bite sized pieces.
Peel and slice the apples.
Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Try to get the apples and sweet potatoes the same size.
Fry the sausage pieces in a skillet, keep the drippings.
Make a mixture of the flour, salt, pepper and sugar.
Arrange sausage layer, apple layer then sweet potato layer in a casserole dish. Between each layer sprinkle some of the dry ingredients mixture.
Last layer should be a sausage layer.
Sprinkle the hot dish with 1 Tbsp sausage drippings.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 375 degrees for one hour..
