4 Chicken breasts
Salt & pepper

Sauce:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup bourbon
2 tsp butter
1 cup apricot preserves
4 oz pkg toasted pecans pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pecans pieces on a cookie sheet
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breasts.
Boil chicken breasts on both sides until done.

Sauce:
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch together in a saucepan.
Add all other except for the pecans.
Heat sauce on stove top until thick.
Serve the sauce over your broiled chicken breasts.
Top with toasted almonds.
