1 box chicken stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 or 2 pints of home processed chicken
2 bunches of broccoli flowerettes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1 . 1 box Chicken Stuffing Prepared according to box instructions
2. Stir in 1/2 can of Cream of Chicken Soup and 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
3. Spread evenly into 13X9" casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Add 1 or 2 pints of home processed chicken to the top of the dressing mixture.
5. Steam two bunches of broccoli flowerettes. Place on top of the chicken, stem side down.
6. Mix 1 cup sour cream with the other half of the chicken soup and spoon drop evenly across the casserole.
7. Spread creamed mixture as evenly as possible.
8. Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
9. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with salad.
