2 C cut up cooked ham (or chicken)
1/2 C green onions (I use the contained and sprinkle onion)
1 C shredded cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 1/2 C milk
3/4 C Bisquick
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400º
2. Lightly grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate.
3. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes.
5. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate remaining pie. Enjoy!
