1 box lemon cake mix

2 small boxes of instant lemon pudding mix

½ c. vegetable oil

4 large eggs

½ c. milk

8 oz sour cream

6 tbsp lemon juice

Heat oven to 350º

Line 2 (9x5) loaf pans with foil and non-stick spray

Combine all wet ingredients and whisk

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl

Add wet ingredients slowly

Beat with mixer on low speed

*DO NOT OVER BEAT OR YOUR CAKE WILL DEFLATE*

Divide batter between pans

Bake 45-55 mins or when toothpick inserted comes out clean
