½ cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
½ tsp ground cloves
2 cups applesauce
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º
Cream butter and Sugar
Beat in eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy
Sift together dry ingredients then add to creamer mixture alternating with applesauce
Spoon into muffin trays
Bake for 20 minutes
