Creamy Chuck Roast Recipe

4 lbs Chuck Roast
2 tbsp Melted Butter
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 pk Italian Dressing Mix
1 large Onion chopped
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tbsp Horseradish
2 tbsp Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese cubed
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 8oz fresh sliced Mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp Browning Sauce

1. Cut roast into cubes and remove all fat
2. Place roast in crock pot
3. Drizzle melted butter and Italian mix over roast
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
5. About 45 minutes before done brown onion and garlic and mushroomsin 2 tbsp butter
6. Add cream cheese, horseradish, Black pepper mushroom soup and brown sauce
7. Stir until smooth and pour over roast
8. Cook remaining time left
9. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice
