2 egg whites, beaten stiff
⅔ cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

DO NOT wait till you place cookies in the oven to 325º - then turn off Cookie pan covered with parchment paper or foil


Beat egg whites, add sugar slowly. Then fold in the nuts.

Put cookies on cookie pan (covered as you desire). Turn oven to 325º, once you hit the correct temperature, turn the oven off.

Now is the time you place the cookies in the oven. Place them WITHOUT heat on and leave over night.
