1 cup sugar
5 Tbs flour
1 rounded Tbs cocoa

3 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 Tbs oleo
pinch of salt
vanilla

1 pie crust, cooked

Meringue:

3 egg whites
3 Tbs sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa in saucepan.

Mix egg yolks, milk, oleo, salt and add to dry ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Cool and place in cooked pie crust. Top with meringue

Meringue: Beat egg whites until stiff, adding one Tbs of sugar at a time.

Brown in oven.
