8 oz jumbo lump crab
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp dry mustard
1 TBS mayonnaise
½ tsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp mustard
1 ½ tsp melted butter
½ tsp parsley flakes
¼ cup breadcrumbs

Coating:
Egg wash
¾ panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the crab meat. Dip in egg wash and then bowl of panko crumbs. Place on plate and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps. Shape into small cakes around ¼ cup.
Pan fry in 1 TBS butter and 1 TBS olive oil until evening brown on each side.

Serve with remoulade sauce.
