Cake:
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
15 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Frosting:
1 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick margarine (use margarine--not butter)
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 c powdered sugar

2 c chopped walnuts to sprinkle on top

1. Mix all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl by hand. Spread on a greased, 15.5 x 10.5 x 1" cookie sheet. (It's important that you use a deep cookie sheet for this recipe, otherwise it'll overflow all over the place!)
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
3. Mix frosting ingredients using a hand mixer.
4. Spread on cake while cake is warm but not hot.
5. Sprinkle with 2 c chopped walnuts.
