18 chocolate cookies with white filling (Oreos)
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line muffin tins with paper liners for 18 cheesecakes.
Place one cookie in the bottom of each paper cup.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Fold in half can of Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling.
Fill each muffin liner with this mixture about 3/4 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes until done.
Top each cheesecake with a spoonful of the remaining cherries.
