1.5 c powdered sugar
1 c margarine or butter, softened
1 t vanilla
1/2 t almond extract
1 egg
2.5 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix powdered sugar, margarine or butter, vanilla, almond extract and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
2. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Divide dough into half. Roll out dough on a floured surface. Make sure you flour the rolling pin, too, so the dough doesn't stick.
3. Cut into desired shapes with cookies cutters and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes.
