Sauce:
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Stir fry:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger

3 cups cooked brown rice
1 small sliced cucumber

Topping:
2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 sliced scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients.
Stir fry the ground beef with onion, garlic and ginger.
Pour sauce over and simmer for 10 minutes.
To assemble bowls, place 3/4 cup rice in each bowl, top with 2/3 cup beef mixture.
Top with cucumbers, gochujang, sesame seeds and scallions.
