1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 package enchilada sauce mix
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2.25 ounce can sliced black olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onion together.
Prepare enchilada sauce according to package directions.
Pour 1/4 cup of sauce into bottom of 9 x13 inch baking dish.
On each flour tortilla, place some ground beef mixture and about 1 ounce of cheddar cheese.
Roll and place seam side down in baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over and sprinkle with remaining cheese and olives.
Bake for 20 minutes until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
