1 cup flour
½ t salt
½ cup butter
1 ¼ cup sugar, divided
3 eggs
2 t vanilla
1 t cinnamon
½ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt, set aside. Cream butter and ¾ sugar until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, and vanilla and continue to beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Fill greased cup cake pans.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes (only 10 minutes for mini muffins)

Cool cupcakes for 5 minutes. Remove and while still warm quickly dip each in melted butter and roll in mixture of cinnamon and remaining sugar.
