Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 burrito-size flour tortilla
1 large Granny Smith apple
2 kiwis
1/2 lb strawberries, stems removed
1 small orange
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prick the tortilla thoroughly on both sides with a fork to prevent air bubbles during cooking.
Place the tortilla in a Tortilla Shell Baker or oven safe bowl, pressing it into the sides.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes, or until crisp. Remove the baker from the microwave. (You can also do this in the oven.) Immediately loosen the tortilla from the baker and place on a cooling rack.
Peel the apple and kiwis. Cut both into chunks, avoiding the core. Coarsely chop then add them to a large bowl. Zest the orange to measure 1 teaspoon and add zest to bowl. Juice the orange and add 1 tablespoon of juice to the bowl. Add the brown sugar and gently mix until well blended. Add the salsa to the tortilla bowl to serve.
