1 cup sugar, plus 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup self riding flour
1 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 cups fresh sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together the flour and 1 cup sugar, slowly add milk.
Melt butter in a casserole dish
Pour the batter over melted butter.
Roll your peach slices in the half cup of sugar.
Pour, place the sugared peach slices over the batter. Do not stir!
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
