4oz semi-sweet chocolate squares
1 cup butter
½ cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1 ¾ cups sugar
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan, add pecans, folding them into mixture. Combine remaining ingredients separately and fold in chocolate mixture. DO NOT BEAT!

Fill cupcakes papers ⅔ cup full or less.

Bake at 325º for 35 minutes.
